Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has tasked Nigerian to exercise patient with President Muhammadu Buhari that all will be well soon.
Professor Osinbajo who spoke in Kano during a Town hall meeting with selected audience said that “I’m confident everyone of us would come out of this recession happy”
The Vice President further stated that “let’s be patient, let’s work hard, and we are lucky with the kind of President we have, he is an honest man”
Professor Osinbajo said he had no doubt in his mind that President Buhari would led us out of the economic wood, stressing that Mr President honesty would do the magic.
The Professor of law explained “this country needs honest leadership, we need somebody like Buhari who is not going to steal your money”.
Professor Osinbajo revealed that the drop in oil revenue was worsened by the activities of militants in the Niger Delta which drastically reduced foreign exchange earning.
“This is the situation where 60 percent of foreign earning is being lost to the activities of militants in the Niger Delta and we are doing our best to address it”,Osinbajo said.
He therefore tasked Nigerian to continue to support the Federal Government in her efforts to stir the country out the wood.
